My Family... or at least part of them, came for a visit- Friday

Two days after our exciting concert My Mom, Dad and niece Valerie came for a visit.  Matt had to work Friday and part of Saturday so I was the tour guide for a little while.  Because we have roommates they had to stay at a hotel but we were able to find them one just down the highway in Smyrna at a farely new La Quinta hotel.

Of course when we went to check them in the room wasn't clean yet so we went and had lunch an visited for awhile.  By the time we were done the room was ready so my Dad took at nap and the girls visited some more.  When Matt got out of work we met up with him and he took us to see where he is working at Nissan and helped to explain how it is considered foreign soil and a foreign trade zone.  The place is HUGE!   When that tour was over we hung out at our apartment, visited and ate the yummy beef brisket my dad had brought down and my mom's homemade macaroni salad (minus the peas because someone hates peas..... Matt).
